Sunday

Haven't been good with my diet today, but I'm still going to do my exercises. I guess all I can really say is that if I keep exercising then something has to happen. Nothing can't happen. I'm really worried I won't get to 220.5 by Wednesday like I want to. I just...don't know what to do besides what I'm doing now. 


For Lent I've decided that I'm going to do what you used to have to do. Only eat one large meal per day. But that doesn't start until March 9th. I better be way under the weight I am now by then anyway.


Exercise:
40 shin lifts
40 laying down inner thigh lifts
40 lower ab crunches
40 oblique sit-ups
40 squats
5 push ups 
40 sit ups
40 standing crunches
