This weekend I wasn't good, but I wasn't bad either. I ate pretty normally. I don't think thats going to affect my weight very good. I did have like 2-3 binge/purges. I'm trying not to do that again today. Its really bad for me. And I haven't done it 3 days in a row in Years.
I have to say. I have really started to love yoga. It gives me such a sense of calm after I do it, and I just want to do more. It gives me a great form of physical relief and I love the fact that I'm getting more flexible and better at poses. It feels nice!
