Thursday

I re-started my youtube videos last night. I'll be posting again next Wednesday, my goal weight is 220.5.

223.8


Today's weight:
223.4


Down 0.4lbs :) I'd like to be 223.0 or under tomorrow. That'd be great progress. Today for breakfast I ate a poptart and Mike's pizza crust. Lunch was a light venti mocha frappachino. Dinner was a medium spicy chicken combo from Wendy's. My pants from JCPenney's are supposed to be here any day now and I'm so excited!! And my labret studs are supposed to be here any day now too. I hope at least 1 thing I ordered in the past week shows up today, sheesh. 


Exercise for today:
40 sit ups
40 oblique crunches
40 standing crunches
25 shoulder stretches
