Wow so I had a crazy last 3-4 days. I gained a couple pounds back because I pretty much threw caution to the wind, starting out by going to the cheesecake factory for my birthday. While it was delicious I'm sure just the meal alone was like 1000+ calories. Then last night I had a binge and purge session. 2 of them actually. Boy if Mike knew about the second one he'd be pissed. Ugh. Whatever. He begged me to have a milkshake with him so I did. Lol and that was just the tip of the iceburg.
Anyway, yesterday I started back on using the Fahrenheit pills. This is the first time I will be using them correctly, and I'm starting up actual exercising again too. Whether it be walking or something else physically active, its going to be at least 30 minutes a day. My 30 minute activity today will be walking to the park in the next neighborhood and back. I'm going to probably drag Mike along with me because he's gained like 20 pounds in the past 12 months lol. :)
Today is a pretty shitty day to start as I'm feeling sick, but whatever.

I'm pretty sure the drop is due to the purging, and the fact that I have diarrhea lol. My goal for Saturday is to be 222.0 pounds. I decided I'm doing a 3 day detox.
