Today was my weigh in and I lost 1.2 pounds since last Wednesday. I am 222.6.
I'm not that happy with it, I've been busting my ass to lose weight and I don't feel like that number represents all the hard work I've put in this week, but at least its something. And at least I know its not just gonna come right back if I keep doing what I'm doing.
Today we're going to a pirate museum in St. Augustine. We'll be doing a lot of walking, and I'll be carrying the baby, an extra 12 pounds. So that and my yoga video will be my exercise for today. I'll be starting a new section of my yoga video today as well. "buns and thighs" ;) and I could definitely use help there. I'm excited to see the results from that.
My goal weight for next Wednesday is 220.5 again since I didn't get to it. So I want to lose 2.1 pounds this next week.
