Today is kinda weird. I'm not in a good mood, not in a bad one. The rain outside, and just the color of the sky in general is slightly depressing. When the sun doesn't shine, I'm not a happy camper. The house is mostly clean right now, I'm just doing the one load of laundry that was sitting in the hamper, then I'm gonna wash the dishes once the baby is awake. If I try to do it now she will wake up and be cranky, and she was in a very good mood earlier. Mike has been wanting to eat dinner at night lately, and its been throwing me off. So I'm going to go back to eating once for breakfast and once in the afternoon after Mike gets home. Around 3-4pm.

In one month I've lost 7 inches off my body!! I'm impressed with myself! :D Here's to losing another 7 inches or more this month! I've only lost 4 actual pounds however. I'm hoping to lose 10 pounds by March 1st. Putting me at 211.4.

Monday

This weekend I wasn't good, but I wasn't bad either. I ate pretty normally. I don't think thats going to affect my weight very good. I did have like 2-3 binge/purges. I'm trying not to do that again today. Its really bad for me. And I haven't done it 3 days in a row in Years. 


I have to say. I have really started to love yoga. It gives me such a sense of calm after I do it, and I just want to do more. It gives me a great form of physical relief and I love the fact that I'm getting more flexible and better at poses. It feels nice!

I got in a fight with Mike yesterday, a big one, then another small one again this morning. My stress limit is literally at full capacity.

When I stepped on the scale before purging, I weighed 229.4. After purging, I weighed 224.2. That is a LOT of food/drink in me. I can't believe my binges sometimes.

Wednesday

Today was my weigh in and I lost 1.2 pounds since last Wednesday. I am 222.6.

I'm not that happy with it, I've been busting my ass to lose weight and I don't feel like that number represents all the hard work I've put in this week, but at least its something. And at least I know its not just gonna come right back if I keep doing what I'm doing.


Today we're going to a pirate museum in St. Augustine. We'll be doing a lot of walking, and I'll be carrying the baby, an extra 12 pounds. So that and my yoga video will be my exercise for today. I'll be starting a new section of my yoga video today as well. "buns and thighs" ;) and I could definitely use help there. I'm excited to see the results from that.


My goal weight for next Wednesday is 220.5 again since I didn't get to it. So I want to lose 2.1 pounds this next week.

Tuesday

Soooo last night I got a monroe piercing. :) I think it looks good, Mike likes it. But its still swollen. It doesn't really hurt, but eating hurts! I guess thats kind of a good thing. 
Today I've eaten 2 eggs, 1/2 an egg and cheese sandwich, a poptart.

Monday

Watching these thinspiration videos on YouTube is doing the opposite of "inspiring" me. Its discouraging me. I don't think I'm ever going to get to a normal weight. God it just seems so far away. 
Today I ate yogurt,  and 2 bowls of beef stew and 2 tbsp of peanut butter.

Sunday

Haven't been good with my diet today, but I'm still going to do my exercises. I guess all I can really say is that if I keep exercising then something has to happen. Nothing can't happen. I'm really worried I won't get to 220.5 by Wednesday like I want to. I just...don't know what to do besides what I'm doing now. 


For Lent I've decided that I'm going to do what you used to have to do. Only eat one large meal per day. But that doesn't start until March 9th. I better be way under the weight I am now by then anyway.

Friday

Today feels like the first normal day this week. Mike is at work. Lol. 
I've eaten 3 egg whites, 2 regular eggs, a bowl of cereal. 


I'm feeling kinda icky still, but whatever. And Emerald is sleeping. Her swing freakin broke! How bullshit is that? Just totally out of nowhere. "Hey I'm the swing, and I'm not gonna work anymore. Your welcome." Ugh! 


Today's weight was 223.6.

Down 0.4lbs :) I'd like to be 223.0 or under tomorrow. That'd be great progress. Today for breakfast I ate a poptart and Mike's pizza crust. Lunch was a light venti mocha frappachino. Dinner was a medium spicy chicken combo from Wendy's. My pants from JCPenney's are supposed to be here any day now and I'm so excited!! And my labret studs are supposed to be here any day now too. I hope at least 1 thing I ordered in the past week shows up today, sheesh.

Wednesday

Holy crap last night was horrible. After feeling bad all day, Mike came home and threw up, then we both got increasingly sick. My temperature got up to fuckin 103.7!!! My body felt like it was dying. Mike's got up to 102.4. :( Thank god the baby went to sleep for the rest of the night and me and Mike just sat in misery. When we woke up this morning, after a very rough night, my temp was 98.6, and his was 99.1. 


My body is still aching from the body pains I had last night. Wow. 


Anyway, yesterday, I ate a poptart and 3 pizza slices.
Today so far I ate, 3 pizza slices.

Tuesday

Wow so I had a crazy last 3-4 days. I gained a couple pounds back because I pretty much threw caution to the wind, starting out by going to the cheesecake factory for my birthday. While it was delicious I'm sure just the meal alone was like 1000+ calories. Then last night I had a binge and purge session. 2 of them actually. Boy if Mike knew about the second one he'd be pissed. Ugh. Whatever. He begged me to have a milkshake with him so I did. Lol and that was just the tip of the iceburg. 


Anyway, yesterday I started back on using the Fahrenheit pills. This is the first time I will be using them correctly, and I'm starting up actual exercising again too. Whether it be walking or something else physically active, its going to be at least 30 minutes a day. My 30 minute activity today will be walking to the park in the next neighborhood and back. I'm going to probably drag Mike along with me because he's gained like 20 pounds in the past 12 months lol. :) 


Today is a pretty shitty day to start as I'm feeling sick, but whatever.

I'm pretty sure the drop is due to the purging, and the fact that I have diarrhea lol. My goal for Saturday is to be 222.0 pounds. I decided I'm doing a 3 day detox.

223.0! I'm pretty pleased with that. Finally under my 225 plateau steadily and I'm hoping my weight doesn't plateau again for a while. And I haven't purged all week!! I'm still 3 pounds from my 1st mini goal of 220 though.  Hope that 3 pounds comes off relatively quick. 


But it looks like I'm not gonna be able to take Emerald on any more walks any time soon because the high's for the next 5 days are in the low 60's high 50's. :( I hate the cold. I'm just planning on eating a good lunch in like an hour, and strapping Emerald on me with the baby carrier and doing some DDR when she wakes up.

Wednesday

Wow this week is going by pretty quickly. I'm pleased to announce today that I've gone under my 225 plateau. I was 223.6 this morning when I woke up. Probably had something to do with my eating yesterday. I ate breakfast and lunch, and an energy drink and a donut for dinner haha. So I didn't really eat after like 1pm until this morning. 

Today I finally took the baby for a walk in her stroller. If it hadn't been so cloudly and chilly out it would have been much better. But I took her to the park and swung with her and she fell asleep and slept the whole walk back.



I really hope I can get to 215 by January 21st. Its still 16 days away.

Tuesday

UGH! I just can't get past this damn 225 plateau. I woke up this morning at 225.0. Better than the past few days, but not under 225 yet dammit! But, I haven't purged the past 2 days either. Which I'm happy about. The baby decided she really wants whatever teenie bit of breastmilk I have to offer before her bottle or she won't eat her bottle. So no more diet pills.


I wish it wasn't so cold out! I can't even go out for a walk because Emerald is sick and I can't be parading her around in the cold. Oh well.. *Sigh*

WTF. Obviously these are my worst measurements ever, because I'm at my highest weight ever. I'm so embarrassed that this is me. Still stuck at my 225 plateau today. I was 225.8....ugh. I'm feeling under the weather too, coughing and stuff. It sucks. I made a chicken in the slow cooker last night. Gonna get all the meat off and use it for dinners throughout the week.


Will measure again at 215.0 pounds to see the difference.

Week #4

Its so gay that in 3 weeks I haven't lost anything really. Mostly because I gained and had to lose that weight. *sigh* and now for the past week I've been stuck at the 225 mark. This morning I was 225.4. So I bought Mega-T Green Tea with Acai..... maybe that'll help me get over this plateau. I hope the weather clears up this week and is nice out so I can go on walks with Emerald. :) Will weigh in on Friday. Finally got a measuring tape for my measurements too. Will probably post tomorrow. 


Goal is still to be 215 by the 21st.
